Meegan has been looking after our insurance for quite some time now and we can't speak highly enough of her. She provides such a personalised and confidential service, really getting to know us and our situation and taking the time to understand what we are wanting to achieve. She always visits us at our home at a time that is convenient for us and, whenever we do see her, she always has suggestions for what might be next, most recently prompting us to think about and make retirement plans!
At one point we decided to change our life insurance and within a month of that we had a serious health scare. Meegan contacted us to let us know that there as a clause in our new contract that would cover this trauma. We wouldn't have known otherwise and she worked right the way through that situation with us to make sure it was all sorted. I have absolute confidence in Meegan with her extensive industry knowledge and her pro-active approach, keeping us in the loop whenever we need to be aware of something. She's amazing!
We've been operating as a excavation contracting company undertaking all types of earth works since 1984 and currently have 5 employees.
Meegan has looked after our insurance needs for quite some years now. Initially she did quite a comprehensive overview of our business and got to grips with our situation easily.
When we did need to make a claim a few years ago, she made the process very straight-forward and hassle-free so much so that I can hardly remember it! All I remember is that we were paid out with no dramas which is how it should be!
We don't even think about insurance now as we know that Meegan has it well covered.

When Meegan first took over our insurance she spent quite a bit of time with us going over our financial and family situation. Initially, we were quite over-whelmed with the just how comprehensive her review was and how she opened our eyes to some of the "what if" scenarios we had never really considered.
It certainly forced us to ask ourselves some hard questions about, for example, how we would re-act should one of us pass away or be unable to work or look after our young children. These were scenarios we had never really discussed as a couple. We now have a solid plan in place thanks to Meegan.
She knows her stuff and is a pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I run a computer consulting company and employ 6 staff in Invercargill. As with various contracts we have through our business, we re-assess them every couple of years. When we were about to do this with our insurance, a friend recommended we have a chat with Meegan as an alternate provider.
Well, to say the difference was light and day is an understatement! Meegan met with us at our property and did a full review of our situation. There certainly were a lot of questions and she had a really comprehensive approach to understanding our exact business and family situation. It was quite daunting with the extent of the detail but she was able to guide us through the process and offer solutions that we hadn't really thought about or knew existed for that matter. She took the best of our existing risk management plan and added some options for where she saw some gaps. It was quite a journey for us as business owners and as a family to think about and actually make provisions for potential ill health, death, loss of earnings etc but Meegan guided us through until we were happy with our personalised insurance cover. Her knowledge of risk management really is first class and her ability to explain and help us digest relatively complex information made the process so much easier. We would absolutely recommend her to other businesses and families.
